Scott Harkey
Scott’s genuine passion for elevating THE HARKEY GROUP agencies and the industry is reflected in his forward-thinking work and successful leadership.
His experience in media, analytics, and traditional and digital marketing has helped him spearhead integration initiatives for international brands across a mix of verticals, including CPG, luxury hospitality, education, gaming, entertainment, and technology. Scott’s understanding of CMO, brand, and marketing trends is rooted in deep knowledge of the industry. And his velocity, passion, and problem-solving position him as an indispensable partner who delivers profitable business outcomes.
Scott is also a proud member of the Forbes Agency Council and 4A’s Business Council, and has been a national speaker for ANA, Media Post, Media Life Magazine, Digital Marketer, and more.

With more than 20 years in marketing, branding, and public relations, Meagan has extensive experience with the development and implementation of marketing strategies in a variety of industries.
In her current role at O.H. Partners, Meagan oversees the agency’s organizational health, attracting top brand partners and the best-in-class talent.

Tim Washburn
Tim has over 25 years of experience in branding, advertising, and digital marketing.
As a young professional, he worked at a number of esteemed agencies, including Fallon Minneapolis, Ammirati Puris Lintas NYC, and Ignited LA. As an executive and partner, he helped launch, build, and sell PrizeLogic, one of the world’s top tech-based digital promotions companies. He also founded Nomadic, an Effie Award-Winning, AdAge Small Agency of the Year, with a client roster that includes a number of world-renowned brands, including Disney, National Geographic, GE, Diet Pepsi, Ubisoft, and Capcom.
In October of 2020, Nomadic joined THE HARKEY GROUP in a strategic move to grow the business. Today, Tim serves as President of Nomadic and Chief Creative Officer.

Gregory Derr
Gregory has over 20 years of experience in finance and management across a variety of industries including airlines, energy, national politics, and media.
Prior to joining THE HARKEY GROUP in 2021 he spent 10 years with iHeartMedia and Clear Channel Outdoor in a variety of corporate finance roles. Gregory holds a BS and MBA from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Master of Global Management with a focus in International Finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
He stays active in the community and is a past president of the Active 20/30 Club of Phoenix, a member of the Phoenix Art Museum’s Men’s Art Council, a member of the ASU Athletics booster group the Sol Devils, and is a founding director of the Aspiring Youth Academy.

Todd Sommers
With a keen ability to create compelling and results-oriented programming, Todd provides innovative and integrated solutions for clients. Todd’s expertise in agency operations, paired with his in-house experience, allows him to bridge the gap between client needs and agency efforts. This, along with the ability to pull right-fit resources from multiple organizational agencies, positions Todd as a client ally and advisor.
Todd brings a holistic and evolving point of view of the marketing landscape, as well as over 20 years of marketing and communications experience in thought leadership, strategic communications, brand marketing, and content strategy. His award-winning work in multiple industries has been recognized by Sabres, Webby’s, AdAge, PR Week, Drum, Effies, Provoke, PR Daily, HSMAI, Travel Weekly, PRSA, and AAPC.
Most recently, Todd led the integrated marketing team at Allison+Partners, where he led successful programs for global accounts pioneering new offerings for the agency. Prior to that, he was the director of brand marketing for Best Western Hotels & Resorts.

John Schadler
In a career that has spanned more than 35 years, John has led some of the most recognizable and successful marketing campaigns in the hospitality world. Beginning in New York City, his passion for marketing took him to Las Vegas and a transformative opportunity to work alongside gaming and resort visionary Steve Wynn. For 15 years, he led the efforts behind the memorable campaigns and brand launches for the iconic Mirage, Treasure Island, and Bellagio hotels.
In 1999, SK+G was formed with the idea of creating a world-class lifestyle marketing firm. For nearly 20 years, the firm crafted and shaped some of the world's premier hospitality and restaurant brands, including Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa (Atlantic City), Montage Hotels & Resorts, CityCenter Las Vegas, Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, Aria Resort & Casino, Galaxy Macau (China), Baha Mar (The Bahamas), The Grand Del Mar (San Diego), Planet Hollywood, and Virgin Hotels.
In January 2019, John and his award-winning team joined THE HARKEY GROUP to form one of the dominant independent holding companies in the Southwest. In 2023, continuing to lead the way in travel, hospitality and lifestyle marketing, MONOGRAM was formed as a specialty agency within the group focusing exclusively on this burgeoning category.

Dawn Bates
As a 20-year industry veteran, Dawn is experienced in crafting strategies for new product launches and billion-dollar brands.
She began her marketing career in insurance and law, then moved into CPG where she spent almost a dozen years in integrated marketing at Kimberly-Clark.
Dawn joined Nomadic in 2012 where she founded the strategy department and spearheaded the development of a strategic framework that led to agency wins and client successes.
After years of managing departments, expanding and scaling service offerings, and establishing operational practices, she became Nomadic's General Manager, responsible for creating exceptional working experiences for both Nomads and clients alike.

Brandon Barnard
On paper, Brandon Barnard is the President at Matter Films in Phoenix, Arizona. In practice, he is a creative in pursuit of new ways to move audiences through visual storytelling.
Brandon has built an experienced team at Matter Films that has worked to rethink, rebuild, and streamline the process of script-to-screen production for clients of all shapes and sizes. He began his career as a freelancer, providing a solid base of experience in all forms of commercial video production. With that raw start, Brandon, along with his entire team, are hands-on with their work.
